Cultural routes are one of the most important and most widespread tools for the development of cultural tourism. Their dynamics are increasing, as they can be a driving force for the economic, social, cultural and environmental development of the regions in which they develop, while creating valuable experiences for the visitors. Despite the fact that in the last few years the surveys dealing with it have come to an end field of cultural routes, however, there have not been enough studies related to public research, although it is a critical success factor of one cultural route. Within this framework, this thesis aims to explore the interest of potential visitors to participate in one proposed cultural route, based on the theme of the Holocaust monuments of Greece located in Greece. The individual objectives of the dissertation are the profile of the potential visitors of the route, as well as the investigate the appropriate ways of organizing and viewing it so that it has more chances of success.
