This dissertation was written as part of the Master’s in e-Business and Digital Market-ing at the International Hellenic University. The dissertation attempts to explore the possibility of a Digital Agency offering digital transformation as a service. Companies, nowadays, struggle to keep up with the disruptive technological changes while at the same time the need for digital transformation is rising faster than ever. The following research was completed in collaboration with a Digital Agency in Greece. The finding of the paper concerns the efforts and activities of the company to provide clients a digi-tal transformation service.
