This dissertation was written as a part of the MSc in Data Science at the International Hellenic University. The objective is to visualize a variety of data that were produced by implementing advertisements for two e-shops owned by a local businessman in Thessaloniki, Greece. This task included basic marketing knowledge, familiarity with Facebook’s and Google platforms for advertising, as well as exploratory data analysis skills. Moreover, utilization of Business Intelligence (BI) tools was an essential requirement, in order to visualize and analyse the gathered data. In consequence, we created appropriate advertisements in order to generate our data, examine them and construct meaningful visualizations, aiming in extracting information that could be proved profitable to our client.
