This consulting project was written as part of the MSc in Hospitality and Tourism Management at the International Hellenic University. The motivation behind this field study was to plan and carry out a leadership development program for the Company. Continuous development over the past five years and robust growth strategy for the future demand leadership skills throughout the company. A corporate culture that upholds internal promotions and succession and an estimated workforce deficiency necessitates improvement of the skills of existing employees to fill future managerial positions. High potential employees and young leaders need to reach the next level. The company believes that in order to remain successful and sustainable, employees at all levels must be properly supported throughout their careers. Therefore, leadership development is one of the best investments that drives the success of the company. This leadership development program describes the essential traits and qualities to be an impactful manager at Company, defines the process of program employee selection, and outlines employee development strategies that align with the strategic goals of the company
