The dissertation was written as a part of the MSc in Management at the International Hellenic University. The scope of the current work is to look at the patterns and also the consumers' habits at petrol stations today. We concentrate on Greek consumers' habits. The first part presents a theoretical approach to the customers' habits globally and in Greece. It contains also the methodology of the study and also the survey to gather the information. Those data helped to maneuver on to our analysis. The second part contains the analysis of both the company’s internal and external environments, the presentation of the competitive advantage achievement strategies, likewise because t of the theoretical background. within the work’s second part, there's a presentation of the corporate AVIN of the gasoline GROUP. The above stated are followed by an analysis of the company’s business environment, supported by the theoretical framework established within the study first. within the second part, there's the formulation of the company's strategy, the implementation, and eventually, the suggested evaluation procedures that help to seek out intent on what level the strategies work or if there's a requirement to reform them. Finally, the conclusion presents the constraints of the survey for this consulting project. for instance, the limited number of participants, the concentration of the sample during a specific geospatial area, and therefore the limited data about new technologies in this field because it's in its infancy yet.
