Diversity, Inclusion, Equity and Accessibility practices in Art Management – A path to social change
This dissertation was written as a part of the Master of Arts (MA) in Art, Law
and Arts Management at the International Hellenic University.
The goal of this paper is to signify the importance of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion
and Accessibity practices in the structure, the operations and management museums
and cultural organizations. It is not a question of moral code which respects human
rights and advances fair and righteous methods in the workplace. Its mainly a way to
ensure the financial sustainability and social effectiveness.
