People have been running projects for as long as the early steps of civilization on earth. As the years progressed the value of effectively managing time and resources through a well-defined set of rules became the top priority that gave birth to the science of project management. The industry that has benefited the most from the increasing development and evolution of project management is no other than the construction sector. In an era that demands more and more complex projects to be executed simultaneously within a continuously shrinking time frame but always on budget and with excellent allocation of resources, the need for an effective management system becomes imperative.
