Submission quick guide

Submission takes a few minutes only since you are properly prepared before it. You just need to follow these steps

1. Log in. Use your institutional account to log in to the repository system.

2. Select “Submit your Work” or “Submit now”.

3. Select the type of the work you will submit.

4. Describe in details your work filling in the fields of the submission form. Fields marked with an asterisk are obligatory.

5. Upload your file along with any other associated files. Remember to use the correct copy and file name as described in the section “"Preparing to submit”.

6. Review the description of your work and correct if necessary.

7. License your work (Non-exclusive distribution license): grant the distribution license by ticking the check box and press the “Complete submission” button.

8. You are done!
